Xmas Butter Cookies
Ingredients
200g butter
100g icing sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
180g Gluten- Free Guru self-raising flour
Oven: 180C
Method
Beat butter and sugar to make a smooth mixture.
Add flour and vanilla essence.
Make a soft dough.
Roll into balls, flatten to make round shapes.
Lay on baking tray, leave space for spreading.
Bake at 180C for 15 mins.
