Zarah explains how she came to found Gluten-Free Guru

My gluten-free journey began in 2015 when my daughter became gluten intolerant. I quickly discovered how difficult it was to find suitable foods for her diet.

With my love of baking, I was encouraged to find alternatives to wheat flour, and I experimented with many grains in many combinations.

Eventually I came up with the Gluten-free Guru range of flours as a perfect alternative to wheat flour.

Today in Kenya there is an increasing need for foods that are free from gluten and other allergens. The Gluten-Free Guru range brings all the benefits of gluten-free cooking while at the same time giving delicious, flavoursome results.
