Gluten-Free Guru



  • 200g GFG flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbs oil
  • Warm water


  1. Put flour into mixing bowl. Add salt and mix.
  2. Add oil and rub in.
  3. Add warm water and form a soft dough. It should not be sticky.
  4. Let the dough rest for at least half an hour.
  5. Roll into balls, about 60g each.
  6. Roll into circles.
  7. Brush frying pan with a little oil.
  8. Dry roast on a frying pan on medium to high heat, flipping once
  9. Cover with tea towel when ready
