Ingredients
270g Gluten-Free Guru plain baking flour
4 tablespoons ghee/oil
pinch of salt
80mls warm water
100g sugar
oil for frying
Method
Mix salt and flour
Rub in ghee/oil
Warm the water, dissolve sugar in it
Add sugar water to flour mixture to form dough
Let dough rest for 20-30 minutes
Roll out and cut into small squares
Fry till golden brown
Thy will crisp as they cool down
Store in airtight container
