Ingredients
270g Gluten-Free Guru plain baking flour
4 tablespoons ghee/oil
pinch of salt
80mls warm water
100g sugar
oil for frying
Method
Mix salt and flour
Rub in ghee/oil
Warm the water, dissolve sugar in it
Add sugar water to flour mixture to form dough
Let dough rest for 20-30 minutes
Roll out and cut into small squares
Fry till golden brown
Should become crispy as they cool down
Dust lightly with sieved icing sugar to decorate
Store in airtight container
