GFG Yeast-Free Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g GFG Bread flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbs cooking oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 110ml water
Oven: 190C

Method

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder
  2. Add oil
  3. Bind with almond milk and water
  4. Knead
  5. Make a flat pancake, an inch thick
  6. Scour it with a knife
  7. Bake in pre heated oven at 190C for 15-20 mins
