GFG Vegan Mocha Mini Loaves

Ingredients

  • 150 GFG Self raising flour
  • 220g Brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 65g Cocoa
  • 1tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp instant coffee dissolved in 10 ml hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
Oven: 180C
Servings: 8 mini loaves

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into greased mini loaf tray
  3. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes
  4. Remove, cool
  5. Store in air tight container
  6. Consume within 3 days
