GFG Rustic Loaf
Ingredients
300g GFG bread flour
1 ¼ tsp instant dried yeast
2 tsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
3 tbs oil
Oven: 200C
Method
Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast
Rub in oil
Bind with warm water
Leave to rise for 1- 1.5 hours
Knead and shape into a ball and leave to rise again for 30 mins
Sprinkle with water and dust lightly with flour
Bake in pre heated oven at 200C for 10-15 mins until golden brown
