GFG Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut into pieces
  • 6-8 potatoes skinned and sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tbs GFG plain flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Salt/pepper
Oven: 180C

Method

  1. Mix GFG flour, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and make a paste with a little water
  2. Coat chicken pieces and place in oven proof dish
  3. Arrange potatoes around the chicken and drizzle oil
  4. Bake at 180C until cooked
