  • 1 cup GFG chapati flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tbs oil
  • Oil for frying


For spicy puri add ¼ turmeric, ¼ tsp red chilli powder


  1. Mix and bind flour, oil and salt into a firm dough
  2. Roll out into circles or use a cookie cutter
  3. Deep fry in oil
