GFG Plain Cake
Ingredients
3 eggs stored at room temperature
2tsp vanilla essence
150g GFG self-raising flour
150g soft butter
120g sugar
Oven: 180C
Servings: 1/2kg cake
Method
Beat sugar and butter until creamy, add eggs, flour, vanilla essence.
Bake at 180C for an hour in pre heated oven, or when a knife comes out clear.
Cool, and store in air tight container.
