GFG Pancakes
Ingredients
270g GFG pancake mixture
50g sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2 ½ cup milk
50g melted butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
Servings: 15 pancakes
Method
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Leave.
Mix milk, melted butter and vanilla essence
Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir well to form a smooth batter
Batter should be thick, but pourable
Leave batter for 10 mins
Make pancakes on low to medium heat
