GFG Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 270g GFG pancake mixture
  • 50g sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cup milk
  • 50g melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
Servings: 15 pancakes

Method

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Leave.
  2. Mix milk, melted butter and vanilla essence
  3. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir well to form a smooth batter
  4. Batter should be thick, but pourable
  5. Leave batter for 10 mins
  6. Make pancakes on low to medium heat
