GFG Oat and Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients
100g cranberries
210g GFG Self raising flour
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
118g butter
100g coconut or brown sugar
60ml milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
150g rolled oats
Oven: 175C
Method
Combine flour, soda bicarbonate, cinnamon and salt
Beat sugar and butter
Add to flour mixture
Add milk and vanilla, flour, oats, cranberries
Make a soft dough
Scoop out enough for a cookie, roll into a ball
Refrigerate for 30mins
Flatten balls, lay on baking tray.
Bake at 175C for 10-15 mins
Cool
Store in air tight container
