GFG Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
125g brown sugar
115g butter
1 egg
145g GFG Plain Baking flour
20g cocoa
½ tsp soda bicarbonate
85g chocolate chips
Oven: 200C
Servings: 10
Method
Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl and rub in butter and eggs.
Chill the dough for 20mins in the freezer.
Pre-heat oven to 200C and grease two baking sheets.
Take a scoop of dough with a teaspoon, roll into a ball and then flatten into a cookie. Leave room for spreading.
Bake for 8-10mins.
Store in air tight container.
