GFG Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125g brown sugar
  • 115g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 145g GFG Plain Baking flour
  • 20g cocoa
  • ½ tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 85g chocolate chips
Oven: 200C
Servings: 10

Method

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl and rub in butter and eggs.
  2. Chill the dough for 20mins in the freezer.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 200C and grease two baking sheets.
  4. Take a scoop of dough with a teaspoon, roll into a ball and then flatten into a cookie. Leave room for spreading.
  5. Bake for 8-10mins.
  6. Store in air tight container.
