GFG Delicious Chocolate Birthday Cake

Ingredients

170g sugar
226g GFG self raising flour
65g cocoa
1 tsp salt
150 ml cooking oil
4 large eggs
400ml water
2 tsp vanilla essence

Oven: 180C

Method

Whisk together oil, water, eggs, and vanilla essence until ingredients form a smooth mixture
Add dry ingredients one at a time ie salt, flour, cocoa, sugar and blend well
Pour in baking dish and bake in pre heated oven at 180C for 30 mins
