GFG Chocolate Shortbread Dips
Ingredients
100g butter
50g sugar
125g GFG self-raising flour
2 tbs cocoa
1 tbs milk
For dip
100g chocolate chips
Oven: 200C
Servings: 12
Method
Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl and rub in butter.
Chill the soft dough for 20mins in the freezer.
Pre-heat oven to 200C and grease two baking sheets.
Take a scoop of dough with a teaspoon, roll into a ball and then flatten into a cookie. Leave room for spreading.
Bake for 8-10mins. Remove and leave aside to cool.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 10 seconds. Dip the cookies in one by one.
Leave aside to cool.
Store in air tight container.
