GFG Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
6 eggs stored at room temperature
2tsp vanilla essence
2tbs cocoa
200g GFG self-raising flour
200g soft butter
175g sugar
Oven: 180C
Servings: 1kg cake
Method
Beat sugar and butter until creamy, add eggs, flour, vanilla essence and cocoa.
Bake at 180C for an hour in pre heated oven, or when a knife comes out clear.
Cool, and store in air tight container.
