GFG Burger Patties

Ingredients

  • ½ kg minced beef or lamb (makes approx. 12)
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 2 slices GFG bread (see separate recipe)
  • 4 green chillies finely chopped (optional)
  • 4 sprigs coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Salt/pepper
  • Oil for frying
Servings: 12 patties

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and leave for 1hr
  2. Shape into 12 equal patties
  3. Pan fry with constant temperature, until evenly brown
  4. Serve with GFG burger buns and chips
