Easy Saffron Kulfi
Ingredients
1 litre double cream
500 ml evaporated milk
500 ml condensed milk
saffron strands
green cardamom powder
yellow food colour 2 drops
Method
Whip double cream, blend with other ingredients and pour into a dish.
Sprinkle slivered pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.
Freeze overnight.
Cut squares and serve.
