Easy Mango Kulfi

Ingredients

  • 1 litre double cream
  • 1 litre mango pulp
  • 1 litre can condensed milk
  • 1 litre can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Method

  1. Whip double cream and then mix all ingredients properly together and freeze overnight.
  2. Decorate with tropical fruit before serving (sliced mango, lychees etc)
