Easy Mango Kulfi
Ingredients
1 litre double cream
1 litre mango pulp
1 litre can condensed milk
1 litre can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Method
Whip double cream and then mix all ingredients properly together and freeze overnight.
Decorate with tropical fruit before serving (sliced mango, lychees etc)
