Delicious Christmas Fruit Ring
Ingredients
300g Gluten-Free Guru plain baking flour
3 tsp Instant yeast
50g Sugar
200g Butter

Filling
100g Raisin / sultanas
100g Mixed nuts
50g Butter
50g Brown sugar
Mixed spice / cinnamon
Oven: 180C
Method
Pastry
Mix flour yeast sugar
Run in butter
Bind with warm water
Rest for an hour
Roll out into rectangle
Spread filling evenly
Roll like a Swiss roll. Shape into a circle then slice half way through (12 pieces)
Bake at 180C for 20-30 mins till golden brown
Filling
Cream butter and sugar
Add remaining ingredients
Mix together
