Chapatis

Ingredients

  • 200g GFG flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbs oil
  • Warm water

Method

  1. Put flour into mixing bowl. Add salt and mix.
  2. Add oil and rub in.
  3. Add warm water and form a soft dough. It should not be sticky.
  4. Let the dough rest for at least half an hour.
  5. Roll into balls, about 60g each.
  6. Roll into chapati.
  7. Brush frying pan with a little oil.
  8. Fry chapati on medium to high heat, flipping once.
