Chapatis
Ingredients
200g GFG flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbs oil
Warm water
Method
Put flour into mixing bowl. Add salt and mix.
Add oil and rub in.
Add warm water and form a soft dough. It should not be sticky.
Let the dough rest for at least half an hour.
Roll into balls, about 60g each.
Roll into chapati.
Brush frying pan with a little oil.
Fry chapati on medium to high heat, flipping once.
