Butter cookies
Ingredients
200g butter
100g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
180g GFG self-raising flour
Oven: 180C
Method
Beat butter and sugar to make a smooth mixture
Add flour and vanilla essence
Make a soft dough.
Roll into balls, flatten to make round shapes
Lay on baking tray, leave space for spreading
Bake at 180C for 15 mins
