Butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 180g GFG self-raising flour
Oven: 180C

Method

  1. Beat butter and sugar to make a smooth mixture
  2. Add flour and vanilla essence
  3. Make a soft dough.
  4. Roll into balls, flatten to make round shapes
  5. Lay on baking tray, leave space for spreading
  6. Bake at 180C for 15 mins
